Newer IPIs from recent FDI host economies are challenging well-established IPIs. Several top-25 IPIs, including Brazil, Cyprus, Spain, and Turkey, have been operating for less than five years. New IPIs in countries where until recently there was no institutionally organized approach to FDI promotion are coming in strongly in all regions.
