In Focus: Be Aware - Siting and Permitting Issues for Industrial Real Estate
There has been a modest recovery for industrial real estate leasing and sales. In 2012 warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing space near ports, airports, and intermodal transportation hub areas is expected to be in demand.
