Germany based Endress+Hauser, a leader in the field of measurement technology, will locae its Gulf Coast Regional Center in the Lower Kirby District in Pearland, Texas.

The Lower Kirby District is a 1,200-acre mixed-use development in northwest Pearland, fronting South Beltway 8 and State Highway 288. The District is home to office, retail, commercial and industrial projects and continues to expand, particularly in the areas of life science, energy and manufacturing, Pearland Economic Development Corp. said.

“Our investment in Pearland’s Lower Kirby District shows first and foremost our strong commitment to customers. It means an investment in Endress+Hauser’s dynamically growing US business as well as into the strategic development of the whole Group,” said Greg Miscik, Vice President of Operations, Endress+Hauser. “With the new facilities we can improve our customer services, manage additional growth and expand our competencies in the field of advanced analyzers for the process industry.”

The 100,000 square-foot Gulf Coast Regional Center will include an area for calibration and repair and offer office and training space, including a brand new state-of-the-art PTU® (Process Training Unit). Located on a 17-acre site on the southeast corner of Beltway 8 and Kirby Drive, the facility will be home to approximately 110 employees, including management, engineering, sales, operations and administrative personnel.
