Zuna Infotech, a startup information technology company, will locate its new headquarters in Kokomo, Indiana, according to the Indiana governor's office. The company, which plans to create more than 400 new jobs, will offer services in product engineering, technical support, security, and research. "Zuna Infotech is excited to be basing our operations in Kokomo," says Anju Bajaj, the company's CEO. "We are very impressed with the enthusiasm and commitment demonstrated by everyone we've worked with, and look forward to becoming part of Kokomo's longstanding tradition of innovation and firsts." The state has offered the company up to $1.16 million in performance-based tax credits and up to $145,000 in training grants, contingent on job creation; the city and county will also provide more than $500,000 in incentives, including local training grants and tax breaks.
