Aditya Birla Minacs, a business solutions company, plans to establish a facility in Henrico, Virginia, bringing 250 jobs to the area over the next 4 months. The firm partners with global corporations in the manufacturing, retail, telecom, technology, media and entertainment, banking, insurance, healthcare and public sectors.

"When seeking a location that could provide a stable, well-educated and highly skilled workforce to meet the growing needs of our client, Richmond was a natural choice. The firm said new positions will include technical support, customer care, and management.
