Low Country Case & Millwork, a manufacturer and installer of commercial casework and millwork, is relocating to a new, 52,000-square-foot facility off of Palmetto Commerce Parkway in North Charleston, South Carolina. The company is projected to bring $7 million of capital investment and create at least 10 new jobs.

The company is relocating to expand, accommodate new employees and have capacity for larger projects. Expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2018, hiring for the new positions will begin immediately.

“All of us at LCCM are very excited to move our operations into Palmetto Commerce Park. Our new facility will give us the space we need to achieve greater efficiency and volume. In turn, this will allow us to meet the high demand for our products throughout South Carolina. We are very fortunate to be located in such a business-friendly state that supports job creation and growth,” said Low Country Case & Millwork CEO David Stasiukaitis.
