A leading integrated solutions and services provider in the process control industry, Setpoint Integrated Solutions plans to open its new 113,000 sq. ft. U.S. operations headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

“Last year, we changed our name from DMC-Carter Chambers to Setpoint Integrated Solutions. Building from a foundation of valve expertise, we rebranded ourselves since our organization evolved to include process automation products and associated services. This plan included a new corporate headquarters that is more representative of who we are today as a company and the direction we are headed,” said Joey Jobe, President/CEO of Setpoint.

“Our new Baton Rouge facility is more than just a building. Our new facilities showcase our added service capabilities and expanded product lines we can now offer customers as we continue to maintain our commitment to first-rate customer service,” added Jobe.

According to the firm, Setpoint’s new corporate headquarters also serves as its premier Southeast Louisiana service center and adds safety relief valve services to its control valve repair capabilities in a 48,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art assembly, repair and automated valve machine shop.

The new facility also adds a 30,000 sq. ft. inventory warehouse. Other added capabilities include the expansion of Setpoint’s process automation offerings and its local Factory Acceptance Testing area. The grand opening of Setpoint’s headquarters also coincides with the launch of its new Integrated Technology Center, an industrial process showroom designed to provide an interactive experience with a variety of products Setpoint sells, integrates and services. The ITC and new 74-seat auditorium will provide customers the ability to get hands-on exposure and training with all the solutions Setpoint offers.
