RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, it will invest $34 million to open its new corporate headquarters will be located at 2280 Deerfield Drive in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The company expects to create 1,100 new jobs in York County.

Founded in 2007, RoundPoint is a fully licensed agency and non-agency subservicer for commercial banks, credit unions, mortgage companies and hedge funds. The company currently services more than $75 billion of mortgage assets, which are comprised of its own assets and loans subserviced for many other types of investors worldwide. Licensed in all 50 states, RoundPoint is publicly rated by Fitch Ratings, Standard & Poor’s and Kroll Bond Rating Agency.

RoundPoint’s new headquarters is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2019. For this project, the Coordinating Council for Economic Development approved job development credits, as well as a $500,000 Set Aside grant to York County to assist with the costs of site preparation and building construction.
