Agility Fuel Systems, the leading designer and producer of natural gas fuel storage and delivery systems for heavy duty trucks and buses, will open a 204,000 square foot production facility in Salisbury, North Carolina.

The new facility, expected to commence production later in 2015, is strategically located north of Charlotte, North Carolina, in order to be in close proximity to heavy duty truck and bus OEM assembly plants, company officials said. Meeting the growing demand for natural gas equipped trucks, this world class facility allows for an additional 100,000 square feet of expansion, ensuring future scalability. The new facility will be the industry's first vertically integrated natural gas fuel system production facility, ensuring best in class products, quality cost and lead times.

Agility Fuel Systems’s highly engineered, proprietary heavy duty natural gas fuel systems store, manage and deliver natural gas to the engine and enable the safe and effective use of natural gas as a vehicle fuel for local, regional, and long-haul applications.
