Red Ventures, a technology company headquartered in Indian Land, South Carolina, is expanding for the second time in Lancaster County, with the addition of a180,000-square-foot facility named RV3 and plans to create approximately 200 jobs in the Palmetto State.

The company, which specializes in strategic marketing for high-growth businesses, also purchased more than 100 acres of surrounding area for future use and development. The new building addition will complement the style of the existing two buildings on the Indian Land campus as well as the Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina. Unique employee amenities include an expanded bistro, beer garden, a larger yoga room and a 21-bike spin room. Red Ventures expects to staff a total of approximately 2,000 employees between its five offices by the completion of the Lancaster County expansion later this year.
