Dometic Corp. and National Processing Co. of Louisville, Kentucky could add a combined 167 jobs to the city, the Louisville Courier-Journal reports. To add the positions, the companies must comply with the terms of state and local tax incentives of a collective $4 million.

Dometic manufactures air conditioners, refrigerators, toilets, and products for boats, recreational vehicles, trucks, and hotels. The company may move its headquarters for the Americas to the city from Elkhart, Indiana, adding 98 jobs in Louisville. It would also invest more than $4 million in 25,000 square feet of office space.

National Processing may add 69 jobs as part of its expansion. It would also invest more than $2.7 million to add nearly 18,000 square feet to its existing 42,142-square-foot Louisville facility. The company processes merchant payments and sets up merchant debit and credit card terminals.

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority approved the incentives.
