Dometic Corporation has confirmed that it will move its Americas headquarters to Louisville, Kentucky to Elkhart, Indiana. The company will invest more than $4.1 million and create 98 jobs as part of the relocation.

"We are grateful to the Governor, the Mayor and GLI for their excellent support and assistance throughout this process. We believe Louisville is the right place to continue our company's growth and we look forward to being a part of this dynamic community. Our leadership team is excited about the opportunity to commence our business operations in Louisville as soon as possible."

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority has preliminarily approved Dometic for tax incentives up to $3 million through the Kentucky Business Investment program.

Dometic produces marine, RV, and medical refrigeration products, climate control systems, awnings, and sanitation systems. Its Louisville office will encompass executive leadership and support teams serving North and South American markets.
