FXI, a producer of innovative foam products, purchased the 250,000-square-foot, 25-acre manufacturing facility located at 2060 North Batavia Street in Orange, California.

The company has leased the facility since its formation in 2009. The firm said this “transaction assures customers, employees and the broader community of the Company's commitment to manufacturing in Southern California for many years to come.” Terms of the transaction were not released. FXI purchased the facility from an affiliate of Sares-Regis Group.
