Yodle, a leader in local online marketing, opened an expanded operations center in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company leased an additional 12,000 square feet in the SkySong building at 1375 N Scottsdale Rd. giving it a total of 39,000 square feet.

According to company officials, Yodle is planning to use the new space to add more than 100 positions over the next year, as well as accommodate the company's current headcount of about 200 employees. Yodle's recruiting efforts in Scottsdale will primarily focus on sales positions, with some opportunities in other departments such as client services, IT and HR.

"Scottsdale has a welcoming, business-friendly culture and has been a great partner," said Yodle CEO Court Cunningham. "The growing technology hub and high volume of universities and colleges surrounding Scottsdale gives us access to a strong talent pool that will be an invaluable resource for Yodle."

This expansion will enable Yodle to deliver Marketing Essentials, its “comprehensive and easy to use online marketing product, to more local businesses helping them to find and keep customers.” Scottsdale is one of five Yodle offices that currently accommodate more than 1,200 employees.

"I'm thrilled that Yodle is continuing to expand and be part of our growing high-tech cluster in Scottsdale," said Scottsdale Mayor W.J. "Jim" Lane. "This is an example of the value companies see in our strong labor pool as well as the premier business environment that Scottsdale offers."
