Güdel, Inc., the US subsidiary of Swiss-based Güdel Group, will relocate manufacturing of its third-generation robot tracks to its 45,000 square foot operations hub in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Its North American facility provides customers engineering, design, production, and, customer service support. Initially some of its Trackmotion Floor modules were fabricated and machined in Switzerland; however, now its entire product line will be made in the United States.

“We believe Swiss Quality, Made Locally reflects our business strategy very accurately,” said Joe Campbell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We leverage drive components from our Swiss factory with US engineering, manufacturing and service. Our North American customers demand the best of both worlds, and we are happy to comply.”
