Vista Window Company, a window manufacturer owned by JP Capital Management, will expand its operations, creating 50 jobs and investing $2 million into the project over the next year, in Swainsboro, Georgia.

The new 57,000-square-foot facility will house the fabrication and assembly of the company’s primary line of vinyl replacement windows. Vista Window will also move its insulated glass line to the new Swainsboro facility.

Vista Window Company, founded in 2001, is a top 100 window manufacturer, based in Lordstown, Ohio. The company produces a full line of vinyl replacement windows and patio doors, selling through a network of distribution partners and specialty remodelers. The company’s windows and doors are rated among the most energy efficient products in the industry.

“We are excited and appreciate Vista Window Company’s confidence in choosing Swainsboro for its new window and insulated glass manufacturing operations here in the Southeast,” said Ken Warnock, CEO, Swainsboro-Emanuel County Chamber of Commerce and Joint Development Authority.

“Swainsboro’s geographic location to the Southeastern United States transportation infrastructure, local workforce and its low costs of doing business make it and Emanuel County one of the most attractive industrial and business climates for companies. This allows companies like Vista to efficiently serve their growing client base in the most cost effective way while producing a high quality product for its consumers,” he added.

“Projects like this truly represent how Georgia’s business environment enables company growth,” said Georgia Department of Economic Development Commissioner Chris Carr. “Our strong network of suppliers, a skilled advanced manufacturing workforce and a welcoming community in Swainsboro create the ideal place for companies such as Vista Window Company to thrive.”
