German aircraft maker Extra will locate its U.S. headquarters and a new assembly plant in Montrose, Colorado, creating 200 jobs and building a 50,000-square-foot facility within three to five years. The company will produce its lightweight 500 model at the facility, which will be located in the city's Aerospace Research Park.
