Sitel Corp. will lay off 432 employees when it closes a facility in Birmingham, Alabama, the Nashville Business Journal reports. The company performs business outsourcing services. It has said that it will help its laid-off employees find new jobs, along with area business and government agencies.

The company has instituted a series of lay offs at some of its other facilities since January. That month it closed a Winfield, Alabama call center, eliminating 302 positions. And in May it shuttered a Memphis, Tennessee facility that had employed 426 people. However, it did announce the expansion of its Oak Ridge, Tennessee call center in February.

The company attributed the Birmingham closure to client changes.
