Bintelli, manufacturer of citEcar Electric Vehicles as well as exclusive U.S. distributor for Bintelli and Adly Scooters, recently opened its new headquarters and production facility in Charleston, South Carolina.

Its campus will house Bintelli's headquarters, including its production lines, R&D, sales team and warehouse. According to company officials, as a fast-growing company Bintelli now has the expanded space to stock and house an increased supply of scooters and electric vehicles, parts, and accessories, allowing the company to better support their nationwide network of dealers.

"We are thrilled to join the Charleston community and announce our new facilities are now officially fully stocked and operational. After months of dedicated teamwork to move locations and push out our first shipments of the new Adly models, we are confident this decision to relocate will allow Bintelli the room we need for further company growth and advancement," said Justin Jackrel, President/Founder of Bintelli.

"The new larger facility and increased staff provides us the opportunity to expand our current projects and offer our network of dealers and customers faster response time for parts, a wider variety of in-stock merchandise and overall greater efficiency as a company,” he added. "The scooter industry as a whole is seeing an increase in sales, the company said. “Scooters are becoming increasingly more popular, creating a larger need for college students and millennials in large metropolitan areas to have more affordable, yet reliable transportation options like Bintelli and Adly scooters.”

Bintelli is also the manufacturer of citEcar Electric Vehicles, ranging from two to twenty nine passengers. The majority of the models built in their Charleston facility are street legal on roads marked 35mph or less, under low speed vehicle laws, company officials said. These vehicles are fully electric and cost less than two cents per mile to operate. While the smaller vehicles accommodating eight passengers or less, are street legal, Bintelli offers larger citEcar Electric Vehicles in the nine to twenty-nine passenger range which are ideal for resorts, churches, theme parks, outlet centers, universities, and any other commercial operation that has the need for passenger transportation around their facility.
