Accel, a packaging company, is considering relocating to New Albany, Ohio, the Newark Advocate reports. The Ohio Tax Credit Authority extended the company a more than $133,000 tax credit yesterday to move to Licking County's New Albany Business Park. The company is deciding among Whitehall, Delaware County, and Michigan.

The company will build a 500,000-square-foot headquarters and facility for manufacturing, distribution, and research and development. The project is estimated at about $20 million. Accel would create 25 jobs and retain another 206 positions.

Accel produces kit assembly, packaging, gift wrapping, labeling, shrink wrapping, and quality sort operations mostly for the personal care and beauty industry.
