International Technical Coatings - a Phoenix, Arizona-based maker of wire mesh and steel - is planning a 667,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Columbus, Ohio, the Columbus Dispatch reports. The project will create 120 jobs, and the company will invest nearly $15 million.

The state of Ohio extended a tax credit of $270,000 to International. The Ohio Department of Development said it helped the company decide on Columbus over sites in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. The Ohio Enterprise Bond Fund has also offered $3 million to buy and renovate a building. International could receive another $2 million in direct loans.

International has additional facilities in Phoenix and Dayton.
