XTN Inc., provider of advanced security and anti-fraud solutions based in Italy, established its presence in North America with registered office in New York and company headquarters in Chicago.

According to company officials, headquarters will be staffed by key U.S. sales and operations personnel, with planned expansion over the next 12 months as the company seeks to become a major provider of advanced security and anti-fraud solutions in the North America region.
