Craig Becker's influence will be felt for several years in the National Labor Relations Board.
While Craig Becker has received an interim appointment, is there any indication whether it could become permanent?

Editors Picks:
President Obama renominated Becker to the NLRB again this spring for a regular, five-year term. This means he would have to go through Senate confirmation proceedings in a Senate that has less of a liberal majority than when Obama first nominated Becker. Chances of approval are less this time than last time around. However, Becker's renomination sends a signal: One way or another, by regular or recess appointment, he will be on the board for several years.
