Craig Becker to Flex Influence in NLRB
Craig Becker's influence will be felt for several years in the National Labor Relations Board.
While Craig Becker has received an interim appointment, is there any indication whether it could become permanent?

President Obama renominated Becker to the NLRB again this spring for a regular, five-year term. Chances of approval are less this time than last time around. However, Becker's renomination sends a signal: One way or another, by regular or recess appointment, he will be on the board for several years.
