Holman Boiler Works Expands Its Fenton, Missouri, Manufacturing Center

Based in Dallas, Texas as a full-service boiler solutions provider, Holman has thousands of customers worldwide in steam and hot water-intensive markets, including food processing, refinery, petrochemical, utility, gas processing, energy, packaging, environmental, healthcare, education and government.
"Holman is upgrading its facilities in the Greater St. Louis market," said John Marrinucci, CEO of Holman Boiler Works, Inc. "The Company is expanding as a direct result of the growth of our business in the greater St. Louis area. The facility's new layout will allow us to broaden our capability for supporting larger service, maintenance, and repair projects in order to better service clients. This transition is very exciting for our company."
The Holman facility site is a project of Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services. The landlord, Live Oak Development, was represented by Daniel J. Johnson of Johnson Group Inc. Holman was represented in the transaction by Alex Cain of Cassidy Turley's St. Louis office. Holman is also known as Trabue Industrial Services in the local St. Louis community and market.
