Book Printer Expanding Operations in Indiana

Book printer Craftline Graphics, Inc. will invest $1.5 million to expand its operations in Fort Wayne, Indiana, according to the Indiana governor's office. The company, which prints activity books such as crossword puzzles and coloring books, will add 75 new jobs over the next three years as it adds new equipment and makes improvements to its building. "This is a significant investment for our company," says Hank Freistroffer, Craftline's CEO. "We feel that t his move will allow us to provide better service to our clients and will be a catalyst for continued growth and development." The state has offered Craftline up to $370,000 in performance-based tax credits and up to $120,000 in training grants, contingent on job creation; the city will also consider additional tax phase-in.
