Ensemble Health Partners Expands Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, Operations
12/11/2017
According to company officials, Ensemble Health Partners experienced exponential growth over the last several years and the organization is committed to growing its presence in Greater Cincinnati.
“We set out with the goal in mind to find a location that would best position us for continued growth, while ensuring we can continue to innovate and deliver the exceptional results our current and future clients expect from our team,” said Shannon White, Senior Vice President, Ensemble Health Partners.
Ensemble Health Partners established a Cincinnati satellite office in Deerfield Township, Ohio in 2016. The organization will continue its growth in Deerfield Township in 2017, and anticipates building a 300,000+ square foot campus in Greater Cincinnati to house an initial commitment of 1,100 new employees and a state-of-the-art training center, with room to accommodate planned growth. The company also plans to continue to operate from its Huntersville, North Carolina, offices.
Site selection and completion of the facility development are contingent upon the approval of state and local incentives, which are being finalized now. Ensemble Health Partners anticipates completion of the project in 2019.
Ensemble Health Partners conducted a thorough national search to find the right partners to help identify locations in the Cincinnati market that would fit their needs, officials said. JobsOhio and the Regional Economic Development Initiative Cincinnati were the optimal choice. Quality of life and historical culture of wellness that the region offers were important factors as well.
“The access to top talent, central U.S. location and affordable lifestyle and business environment that southwest Ohio offers are very attractive,” Judson Ivy, CEO, Ensemble Health Partners said. “Ensemble Health Partners specializes in innovative revenue cycle solutions, and we are excited to be a part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Greater Cincinnati.”
"We deeply value the partnership we have cultivated with Ensemble Health Partners," said Aaron Pitts, JobsOhio Senior Managing Director. "Our relationship with Ensemble Health Partners speaks directly to the partnership environment we develop with companies. We see our role as a catalyst, using creative resources and non-traditional solutions, to grow our economy in a way that yields a high return back to communities in Ohio, and an effective business environment for companies to operate within. Sustained job growth, and the attraction of new capital investment in growth industries are evidence it's working.”
“Fintech is an important economic engine in our region and we are proud to partner with Ensemble Health Partners as they expand and hire in Greater Cincinnati,” said Johnna Reeder, President & CEO of REDI Cincinnati. “We believe they are a true success story that will help us to attract even more high-growth health and technology companies to locate in Greater Cincinnati.”
