Universal Recycling Technologies (URT) is expanding in Janesville, Wisconsin. The company plans to lease an additional 40,000-square-foot facility adjacent to its headquarters in the city. URT has more than 200 employees and will create approximately 30 jobs as part of the expansion.

URT is an electronic waste recycler that specializes in cathode ray tubes. Besides universal waste collection and recycling, it also provides asset management and recovery services and an e-waste recycling program. The company's clients include OEMs, local government, and Fortune 500 companies.

The company has several facilities across the United States.
