Food Processor Expects to Hire Up to 50 Workers by 2014 for NC Processing Plant

Origin Food Group, LLC has opened a new state-of-the-art food processing facility in Statesville, North Carolina, to produce its früsh line of drinkable yogurt and fruit shakes.

The Statesville-based company expects to create 28 jobs initially, then employ up to 50 workers by 2014. It is investing over $7 million to build and upfit the plant located in Iredell County.
