ESAB Welding & Cutting Investing $19M in Union County, South Carolina

"The goal is to optimize our manufacturing operations to enable us to better support our customers. ESAB is financially strong, and we believe this investment demonstrates our commitment to the business to make sure we can take competitive advantage of opportunities as the economy recovers."
ESAB will produce its MIG and Sub Arc brands of welding wire at a new 250,000-square-foot plant. It expects the first production lines to be operational by the end of the year.
