Novità Technologies Expands Its Hendersonville, Tennessee, Production Center

The company designs and manufactures on-board lighting solutions with fully integrated controls on OEM and aftermarket applications throughout the automotive sector. LED lighting in automotive applications is part of Novità’s expertise. It provides one-of-a-kind semiconductor and printed circuit board solutions for interior and exterior lighting applications.
The expansion will allow Novità Technologies to double its Hendersonville footprint and create 31 new jobs, increasing its workforce by 60 percent. Formerly located at 166 Molly Walton Drive,Novità Technologies chose to remain in Hendersonville and purchased a building housing seven local businesses. According to the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, company officials assisted each of the displaced businesses relocate within the community. Renovations have been underway since early February, and the new facility will be fully operational by August.
“Tennessee has ranked No. 1 in automotive manufacturing strength for an unprecedented four consecutive years, a feat that could not be accomplished without the support of the more than 900 thriving automotive manufacturers and suppliers operating in Tennessee,” Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty said. “I appreciate Novità Technologies’ decision to further grow and invest in Hendersonville, and for the new jobs that will be created in Sumner County.”
