Advanced Call Center Technologies To Open Sacramento, California Call Center

ACT provides back office support services for companies in the financial services, communications, and technology industries. According to the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization, the company recently signed a lease for 87,000-square-feet of office space on Watt Avenue to begin operations in the third quarter of 2012.
"This is great news for the region and represents much needed job creation at a critical time," said Ann Madden Rice, Chief Executive Officer of UC Davis Medical Center and SACTO Board Chairwoman.
The Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization reported the company said it selected Sacramento because of its experience at its existing facility in the area, the availability of a qualified workforce, and the benefits of tax credits from locating in an Enterprise Zone.
This project demonstrates companies' desire to locate in our area, bringing with them new jobs and ultimately improving our economic health," stated Phil Serna, Sacramento County Supervisor. The project enlisted the assistance of many partners at both the state and local levels and could not have succeeded without the support of the City and County of Sacramento, the City of Rancho Cordova, and the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development.
