06/28/2016
Lewisburg Printing, Inc. will invest $12 million to expand in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The company plans to create 90 new jobs in Marshall County over the next several years.

The company will expand to a new 82,000 square foot facility next to its current facility in Lewisburg. The new facility will be used for warehousing and to increase its finishing department.

“Our 82,000 square foot facility expansion and the addition of an 81inch KBA press further demonstrates the commitment to our employees and customer base for strategic long term growth,” Lewisburg Printing CEO Hale Hawkins, IV said.

Lewisburg Printing focuses on large format labels, flexo labels, commercial printing and digital printing. Founded in 1898, Lewisburg is a family-owned business that has been in operation for four generations. The company has been steadily growing and investing in new production technologies and is changing the way the company does business.

"Lewisburg Printing is Lewisburg's oldest existing industry and has been an integral part of this community for more than 100 years," Lewisburg Mayor Jim Bingham said. "We are so proud and deeply honored to partner again with Lewisburg Printing on this expansion project as we look toward another 100 years together."

TVA Senior Vice President John Bradley said, “It’s always an exciting day when we celebrate new job opportunities in the Valley, and we are proud to partner with Lewisburg, Marshall County Economic Development Corporation and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development to support TVA’s fundamental mission of service and help facilitate existing industry growth.”

Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd said, “There are over 8,700 Tennesseans employed in the printing industry, which is two percent over the national average, and I appreciate Lewisburg Printing for strengthening Team Tennessee by adding jobs to our workforce and growing the printing industry.”
