SAATI Americas Bringing More Than 80 Jobs to Fountain Inn, South Carolina

SAATI Americas, a subsidiary of the Italian company SAATI Group S.p.A., will open a 260,000-square-foot facility in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The project will bring more than 80 new jobs to the area.

"Greenville County offers us a robust business environment and talented work force to draw on, and Fountain Inn is a receptive community with a readily available building that is well suited to our needs," said Alberto Novarese, president of SAATI Group S.p.A.

SAATI produces advanced materials used in applications ranging from the medical profession to ballistic protection. The Fountain Inn facility will house its U.S. Composites and Protection division.
