C&L Companies Begins Construction On Indianola, Iowa, Warehouse

09/17/2013
C&L Companies, a company that supplies after-market engine component replacement parts for dirt bikes and ATVs, broke ground on a new facility in Indianola, Iowa. The 25,000 square foot warehouse will serve as the firm’s distribution and office space.

In March the Iowa Economic Development Authority board awarded the company tax benefits for this $1.8 million capital investment that is expected to create eight to 15 jobs.

At that time Iowa Economic Development Authority Director Debi Durham said the “awards demonstrate the importance of strategically integrated economic development tools that support the growth and development of businesses both large and small, new and existing. We continue to leverage a small amount of public investment to create big results in communities statewide”.
