Yello Expands Chicago Operations Complex

09/19/2018
Talent acquisition technology firm Yello will double its office complex with the addition of 100 new associates by the end of 2019. They currently have nearly 200 employees at their 55 E. Monroe Street office space in Chicago, Illinois.

Yello’s talent acquisition platform enables the world’s leading brands to deliver personalized candidate experiences to every job seeker, resulting in quality hires and faster fills. The centralized platform is easy to use, enabling recruiters to collaborate with one another to attract and engage top talent. Key recruiting metrics provide meaningful insights that lead to more informed, data-driven decisions, while staying on budget.

“This ribbon-cutting demonstrates Yello’s transition from a startup business to a high-growth enterprise,” says Jason Weingarten, CEO and co-founder of Yello. “As we continue to grow, we are actively investing in the teams and technology that our clients count on to hire faster. Chicago has been our home for the last 10 years and will continue to be our headquarters as we grow globally.”

“Yello’s office expansion and employee growth is a testament to Chicago’s burgeoning tech and innovation economy,” said Mayor Rahm Emanuel said. “Their success is Chicago’s success, and I look forward to seeing their growth in the years come.”

Yello had one of Chicago’s 10 largest tech fundings of 2017, with $31 million raised. Chicago startups offer the highest venture capital returns out of any other U.S. startup hub.

“Yello demonstrates why Chicago is a city where tech entrepreneurs can create and succeed” said Andrea Zopp, President & CEO of World Business Chicago. “Chicago's continues to foster an environment of innovation where homegrown tech companies can thrive.”
