USA 800 Inc., a provider of inbound customer care services, will invest $565,000 to expand its operations in St. Joseph, Missouri. The company says in a statement that it will create 350 new jobs at the center and will begin hiring immediately. "As a company, we've grown more than 20 percent annually over the past two years and are fortunate to see continued growth even in tough economic times," says Tom Davis, USA 800's president. "We're excited about our growth in the St. Joseph area and know that the creation of these jobs, with healthcare and employee-ownership benefits, will help the community in years to come." The state will provide USA 800 with a $473,090 tax credit for the expansion.
