Dometic Undertakes Expansion To Its Goshen, Indiana, Distribution Center
09/30/2014
InSite Real Estate, a firm that buys, develops, and operates tenant-driven investment property nationwide, reported the project will double Dometic’s warehousing space in Goshen and allow the company to combine four leased warehouse operations.
InSite has enjoyed a good working relationship with Dometic, said Ted Prasopoulos, an InSite Managing Director. “Because of this partnership and InSite’s proven track record of building high-performance industrial facilities, on time and on budget, we were asked to provide Dometic with a 125,000-square-foot expansion which doubled the size of the facility they currently lease from us. This project was needed on a fast-track basis to meet their growing needs for warehouse space.” It is scheduled to be completed in December.
The Dometic warehouse expansion project represents InSite’s seventh facility in Goshen and the 35th building the company has built and leased in the state of Indiana. “We are working closely with Dometic to phase in their occupancy in order to meet the production schedule of their growing business,” said Prasopoulos.
