Infinisource Holdings Expansion to Create Over 160 Jobs in Charlotte, NC
01/02/2012
Infinisource, a national benefits administrator focused on small to mid-market firms, serves more than 17,700 clients in the U.S. It currently employs over 200 associates in Ohio, Florida and Michigan.
"We chose Charlotte not only because it is a great place to live and work, but also because it is an excellent place to find talent," explained CEO Gary Trainor. "The successful launch of our new Human Capital Management division will require strong candidates, and we feel confident we can find what we need in North Carolina."
The expansion project also will consolidate other business functions in Charlotte, including those involving in sales, implementation, customer service and information technology.
The project was made possible in part by a Job Development Investment Grant. It could yield $1.9 million in maximum benefits for Infinisource over the next eight years if the company meets certain targets.
