11/13/2012
The firm is a provider of technology that offers price optimization and price management solutions for manufacturing, distribution, high-tech, and industrial service companies. Zilliant uses existing transactional data to improve decisions across all facets of price analysis, setting and execution.
“Every employee at Zilliant has a significant impact on the direction and success of the company,” said Greg Peters, president and CEO of Zilliant. “Our passion for and confidence in our solutions and the value we deliver to our customers has propelled the company forward.”
Zilliant will move its headquarters to 24,000 square feet on the sixth floor of the Perry Brooks Building in downtown, Austin. The company said its new space can accommodate a 25 percent increase in employees, and the seven-year lease includes expansion rights for more space in the building when needed.
“We hire smart people, give them the tools and resources they need to get their job done and then allow them to do it without interfering,” said Peters. “We’re excited to move into a bigger space to begin accommodating more employees and customer growth.”
This summer the firm received $8 million in private investment which in part was used to help facilitate growth.
