Mortgage Negotiation Firm Expanding to South Carolina
Area Development Online News Desk (12/04/2008)
Titanium Solutions, a provider of homeowner contacting and consulting services, will locate a division headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina, according to the South Carolina Department of Commerce and the company’s parent, Titanium Holdings, Inc. The company, which will occupy 42,000 square feet in an existing office facility, expects to create up to 300 new jobs over the next five years as part of the expansion. Titanium works on behalf of mortgage lenders to assist homeowners in danger of foreclosure with renegotiation of their loans. “The in-person home retention counseling that Titanium Solutions provides is a vital service in today’s economic market,” says Patrick Carey, the company’s CEO. “This new location will allow us to continue supporting our clients and partners, and expand our services and product offerings. The ability to be located in South Carolina, with access to the diverse, skilled work force, was a driving factor that significantly influenced our decision.” No information about incentives was released.
