Structured Solutions Inc., a loan management company that utilizes high-tech web-based platforms, will open a new facility in Grand Island, Nebraska, according to the Grand Island Independent. The California-headquartered company is expected to approximately 130 jobs initially, including 30 engineers at a starting annual salary of $45,000 to $90,000; 57 customer operations employees at a salary of $36,000 to $72,000; 22 managers at a salary of $68,000 to $96,000; and 20 administrative employees at a salary of $25,000 to $36,000. Future plans include adding an additional 70 jobs within three years. "The environment that has been created here in Grand Island matches with our goals and our plans and our dreams," says Robert Yuan, Structured Solutions' CEO, quoted in the Independent. "The work ethic, the great people here, the environment, the structures, the government policies, and all the people behind the drive to bring businesses here are very well-received and very fantastic." The state will provide Structured Solutions with an unnamed amount of financial incentives for tax abatement and training. The company has not yet chosen a site for its new facility.
