Huf North America, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huf Hülsbeck & Fürst GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Velbert, Germany, will invest $20 million to will expand its Greeneville, Tennessee facility, with plans to create of 100 manufacturing jobs.

The company will add a 52,000 square foot addition to its current structure for a plastic injection molding and paint facility. The expansion is expected to be complete in 2013, with customer deliveries beginning in 2014.

“Huf North America is excited to announce the business and process expansion at our Greeneville, Tenn. location to include plastic injection molding and paint, which will create 100 new jobs,” Michael Supe, president and CEO, Huf North America, said. “Our Tennessee location was established in 1995 and is considered a central logistic location for the Huf Group, supplying German and U.S. original equipment manufacturers. The expansion completion date is planned for the end of 2013, starting customer deliveries at the beginning of 2014. The annual planned volume is 2.5 million vehicles.”
