Computer Task Group (CTG) is adding 100 employees in Buffalo, New York, increasing its work force by about a third, the Buffalo News reports. Growth in healthcare industry IT work is fueling the expansion.

"We're hoping to attract health care people who used to work in Western New York but have moved," said company Chairman and CEO James R. Boldt.

The company already employs up to 250 people in Buffalo. It expects to hire the additional employees by the end of June.

An industry desire to transition to electronic medical records is driving company growth.
