Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, opened its customer experience center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The company plans to hire about 400 associates.
According to company officials, new positions will support inbound customer care for a telecommunications and a financial services provider. The new job opportunities, which include both agents and managers, and are a result of significant business growth.
