Toyotetsu Canada Inc. is moving forward with the third phase of its expansion plan to increase the size and capacity of its Simcoe based manufacturing facility in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada. Phase 3 expansion will add approximately 117,500 square feet of manufacturing space. The addition will also create a significant number of new jobs, both in administration and manufacturing positions.

President Hiro Nomura stated that “Toyotetsu Canada, Inc., is looking forward to continue developing their strong relationship with Norfolk County while fulfilling an essential role to manufacturing the highest quality components for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada”.

TTCA is an automotive component supplier that provides stamped and assembled parts to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, located in Cambridge and Woodstock, Ontario. The company’s 16-hectare, 40-acre, site is located on Park Road in Simcoe, Ontario. The original 200,000 square foot plant was officially opened in 2007 and currently employs approximately 390 workers.
