Farrar Scientific Corp., a leading global manufacturer of ultra-low temperature cascade refrigeration products for pharmaceutical, life science, biotechnology and bio-repository applications, will locate its manufacturing operation in Ridgeland, South Carolina.

According to the Southern Carolina Alliance, “the company will occupy a 2,500 square-foot facility as a starting point, at 405 Old House Road in Ridgeland, where they plan to begin operations in the coming weeks.”

Sylvain Riendeau, Vice President of Sales at Farrar Scientific Corp. stated, “Due to significant growth in sales of the Farrar Scientific Corp. -80C ULC chamber, the demand for our products is increasing at a rapid pace. This new location provides support to our main office in Marietta, Ohio along with access to a major highway and two major seaports for our European clients. This will help meet our customer’s needs today and in the future.”
