Teleperformance U.S.A., a global leader in outsourced multi-channel customer experience management, is opening a new contact center in Reno, Nevada. The company will be hiring up to 500 employees.
The new Reno center will provide a broad range of support for a major financial services company. Teleperformance will be hiring for a variety of contact center positions that include, Customer Service Representatives, Trainers, Quality Assurance Personnel, Client Management, and additional leadership positions, said the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.
