BR Metal Products, an aluminum permanent mold foundry, will expand its manufacturing facility in Livingston, Tennessee. The $182,500 investment is expected to create 32 jobs in Overton County.

The company is transitioning its temporary employees to a full-time basis while offering benefits and increased wages. The expansion and purchasing of new equipment will allow the company to hire additional employees.

“Creating high-quality jobs in rural communities remains a priority for me, and I appreciate BR Metal Products and its long-standing commitment to Overton County. Companies like BR Metal Products that choose to grow in our state are supporting our efforts to reboot the economy while providing jobs to Tennesseans,” said Governor Bill Lee.

“We want to thank BR Metal Products for expanding its Livingston operations. The company’s decision to create more than 30 jobs for the residents of Overton County is a vote of confidence in the highly skilled workforce we have in rural Tennessee,” TNECD Commissioner Bob Rolfe added.

BR specializes in high end commercial castings, electrical grid industry castings and furniture castings. Using in-house machinery, BR Metal Products creates castings, welding fabrications, metal product finishing and tooling.
