NCO Group has announced it will create 90 jobs at its Charleston, West Virginia, contact center and invest $350,000 in equipment and training.

NCO operates a global network of over 100 operations centers. It provides accounts receivable management, customer management/back office services (and other business process outsourcing services) to clients worldwide.

"This is an excellent opportunity to expand our services for one of our premier clients," said CEO Jack Jones. "The combination of this business expansion, our talented team in Charleston, and our ongoing relationship with the state of West Virginia is very positive for all."

Hiring already has begun for the new full-time positions; most will provide customer service for the company's leading utility clients.
