Movement Mortgage, LLC, one of the fastest growing mortgage lenders in the country, will invest $22 million to establish its 104,000 square foot national headquarters campus on 24-acres at Bailes Ridge Business Park on SC Highway 160 in Lancaster County, South Carolina. The company plans to create more than 650 new jobs in the region.

The company will consolidate several offices to increase efficiency and productivity. Construction of the headquarters is expected to be completed in March 2016. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development has approved job development credits related to the project.
